According to the reports of Beijing, more than 30 percent of China’s Ming-era The Great Wall has disappeared due to various reasons. As per the reports of state media, the Great wall seems to be disappearing and the main reason behind this is the reckless human activities that includes stealing of bricks to build houses and adverse effects of natural activities.
The wall that is known to be the biggest wall of the world reaching out to over 21,000 kilometres with missing section, began its construction in the third century BC. It has been claimed that the parameter of the wall is so big that it can surround the entire world and can also be seen from the space. However, 1,962 Kilometres of the wall has faded away over the centuries. Some of the constructions were weathered away while the plants growing inside the wall also resulted in decaying it. With this, Chinese Government
has decided to put a fine of 5,000 yen to the person who would take the bricks of the wall.
